Two new daucane sesquiterpenoids from Daphne aurantiaca.
Two new daucane sesquiterpenoids 1β,2β-epoxy-10(H)α-dauca-11(12)-ene-7α,14-diol and 1α,2α-epoxy-10(H)α-dauca-11(12)-ene-7α,14-diol were isolated from the plateau medicinal plant Daphne aurantiaca Diels. (Thymelaeceae). Their structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy, as well as HR-ESI-MS data.

Three new flavanols, 5-p-hydroxybenzoxy-7-hydroxyl-8-ethoxycarbonyl-( - )-afzelechin (1), 5-p-hydroxybenzoxy-7-(2, 3, 5-trihydroxybenzoxy)-8-ethoxycarbonyl-( - )-afzelechin (2), and 5-p-hydroxybenzoxy-7-(2, 3, 5-trihydroxybenzoxy)-8-methoxycarbonyl-( - )-afzelechin (3), were isolated from Daphne giraldii Nitsche and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, especially by 2D-NMR...
متن کاملTwo new guaiane sesquiterpenoids from Daphne holosericea (Diels) Hamaya.
Two new sesquiterpenoids with guaiane skeletons-holosericin A (1) and holosericin B (2)-were isolated from the medicinal plant Daphne holosericea (Diels) Hamawa (Thymelaeceae). Their structures were elucidated by 1D and 2D-NMR spectroscopy, as well as HR-ESI-MS data. Compounds 1 and 2 were evaluated for inhibitory activities against acetylcholinesterase and compound 2 showed a moderate activity...

A myeloma is an abnormal proliferation of plasma cells derived from reticulum cells (Innes and Newall, 1961). Four types are usually differentiated: multiple myeloma when tumours are scattered through the skeleton; solitary myeloma or plasmacytoma when the lesion is localized to a single focus in a bone; extramedullary plasmacytoma when the lesion is found in extraosseous sites such as the uppe...
